Executive/board ESG + climate training
Investors and other stakeholders increasingly demand board and executive expertise in ESG and climate change. Beyond this compliance need, ESG issues increasingly impact company financial performance.
Understanding and awareness of what sustainability means in context of a company’s geography or sector can enhance the business strategy. This allows companies to mitigate against existing and potential ESG risks and to capture related opportunities, thereby improving performance and strengthening a company’s licence to operate.
During 2023, Alex carried out training for the CGSA; Chapter Zero Southern Africa; the Saudi Arabian Market Authority; the Jordanian CFA society; the Earth Academy (Netherlands).
Alex does not hold proprietary copyright on his training material. Instead he offers it as open source, in the hope of further deepening societal understanding of sustainability.
